Llegó el gran día en el que se revelaron los nominados a los Oscar y no podemos estar más felices por la nominación de Una Mujer Fantástica en la categoría mejor película extranjera. La cinta está dirigida por Sebastián Lelio y tiene por protagonista a Daniela Vega.
De las películas que acumuló más premios fue The shape of water de Guillermo del Toro, tiene 13 nominaciones, sin embargo, no rompió ningún récord.
Otro de los hitos de esta nueva edición es que Greta Gerwig fue nominada a mejor directora, un contraste en lo que fueron los Golden Globes, donde no llegó a la nómina. A modo de dato, te contamos que la última vez que ganó una mujer el premio de “mejor directora” fue en 2009, ya que Kathryn Bigelow se lo adjudicó por The Hurt Locker.
